I have black hair, im hispanic with olive/lightly tan skin and have thick black eyebrows if that matters. I want to highlight the tips of my short hair to give it some texture and make it stand out a bit. What color should I use? I've been thinking of a light brown or red but im no expert.

I think you would look good with caramel or dark red highlights, don't go too light, it wouldn't match with your dark hair and complexion
