QuoteReplyTopic: Highlights - Not Enough Posted: April 22 2004 at 2:40pm
I just had my highlights touched up. Except this time, I had a different girl do it at the salon. Usually it is very blond all through the crown of my head. Today when I blow dried I still saw a lot of outgrowth.
I have an appt to go in and get it fixed. But should I have to pay for it? It's not nearly as blond as it usually is and I told her to do the same thing I always get that's in the computer. I called the very next day, so it's not like I waited around and then decided I didn't like it. I just didn't notice it in the salon yesterday.
If you a regular at the salon (and it certainly sounds like you are) then I can't see them charging you to fix their mistake. Of course, now you know to go backto the other hairstylist or colorist you had before. Good luck!
