Not really...just had the day off from work today, so tons of posts. I needed to organize the millions of links I've collected anyway. I can't find **** in my favorites menu anymore...:)

I doubt it, Sherrie. I think only the Admin. can, and I don't think this forum is really "admin-d," as it were, so probably not. Either way, I think we can kick it back up when people need some basic info. (including your "sandwich" weft technique).

I feel like so many people are stopping by now (which is great!), but if they don't have access to the basic info, they could read some of the other threads and get the wrong impression about what they should use and then--disaster! I also gave a basic overview of various kinds of extensions on the "Bridget" thread, which you may want to add to, particularly because I didn't include much on wefts at all....

EXTENDTUBES OR SHRINKIES!!!

Lisa: Again, all you need to do is order the extendtube kit from hairpiece.com: http://www.hairpiece.com/product.asp?pf_id=APE151 They absolutely sell to the public, and if you've seen notices about having to be a stylist to get supplies (although I don't see one on that page), it's probably there for insurance purposes because they don't want to be responsible if something goes wrong. Again, they sell to anyone; I've ordered from them many times, and I'm not a stylist. All of the product links I've provided above are available for home use (except perhaps ProStyles synthetic hair--the jury's still out on that one). Good luck!

I am a trainee hair extension technician in London UK and I am at present learning all about the trade so have found this very usefull to use to swat up on at home so I can go into work and really impress. Gina, Im not sure if I understood your post about certification for extensions in Ohio. But you do have to have a license. Or did you mean certification in a particular method/brand isnt required?
