Yeah I got the 613 and 27/613 from ebonyline. I didnt realize the 2 color wasnt a side by side mix, the top half is 27/613 combo but the bottom is solid 613. I need to find a 613/27 side by side color to mix with the 613.

Okee Dokee !

OK - Sherrie - that's good info about the hair colors. I'm very curious to see what mine looks like from WaWa. I got the 27 and 27/613. Here's my question though -- as I looked at ebonyonline yesterday I noticed that their "2 color" hair 2 colors from top to bottom, not entire strands just mixed together. I hope my 27/613 combo isn't like that but I guess I'll find out. . .

Amanda - I'm sending you my address. THANKS!

Fina

Fina....I just want to try to color it as a fix to what I already have that is too light! I am light blonde/613. But it seems that synthetic (at least the thermal fibers Ive bought ) the 613s are way more platinum than my hair!

Check out AD site. Then just send them an eamil for a catalog. They have a really good color selection in the Thermofiber.

Sherrie you are far more ambitious than I am -- I do not want to dye my synthetic hair -- I want it straight off the assembly line ready to go!! ("No aftermarket mufflers for me please!! lol)

Anyway thanks for the info.

Amanda - can I have your AD catalog if you're done with it??? Pretty please with swarovski crystals on top??

FinaFina (aka Ashley Abbott haha) yes the ebonyline thermal fiber can be curled with a curling iron and blowdried. I might even try putting a veggie dye on it and see what happens! I hope to at least get a few strands in this weekend to try out. But it is awesome looking hair. It looks so natural and doesnt have a shine like other synthetics. I really like it. Although I wish I could get it in a bodywave or something. I am still interested in the American Dream thermofiber.

You girls convinced me--I had to order some of that ebonyline synth! Maybe I'll check out the AD hair when my catalog comes, too.

Did anyone see those Swarovski-encrusted strands by the way? I'd love to wear those for a day or two...it's so Cher! :)

Hey Sherrie -

We've been chatting about a few kinds of "thermal" fibers--I think anyway--

Is the ebonyonline stuff you just got curlable with a regular curling iron? Do you plan on putting some in ?

I'm bummed my WaWa won't be here until the 22nd! At that rate it looks like my PH will be here first! But I'm worried about not having enough wave in the PH (which you had thought was a problem since you don't like yours straight -- I don't like mine straight either cuz it doesn't blend with my hair which has a slight wave.)

Thanks! From the soap-opera lady,
Fina

Yup. thats it! someone said it sucks, so i may just put it on clips so it isn't a hair I wear every day, so it can last a while without washing

Just to correct my post Jenny about the longest thermofiber Ive seen.

American Dream has Thermofiber on wefts or in bulk in 18 different shades in ALOT of blonde shades ( 6 or 7 shades of blonde alone.)

You can get it in 4 different textures. Some wefted, some bulk. Some dyeable, some not.

Wefted- Dyeing:
18 in 100 grams $18.83
36 in 200 grams $37.68
60 in 400 grams $62.11

Bulk- Non Dyeing:
18 in 112 grams $16.87
20 in 112 grams $20.64

Although AD is in London and Im not sure about therir shipping charges to US etc....

Oh Im telling you.... this ebonyline stuff looks so much like human hair that I could easily get it mixed up! Not one of the other synthetics look this close to human, that Ive seen so far. This stuff does not have the synthetic shine. But I dont mind the PH slight shine. At least the colors I have in PH seem ore matte than some synthetic that Ive seen.

Hey girls,

What's the longest thermofiber you've seen--the 22" from ebonyline?

:)

Leia thats some pretty sad customer service! My Sallys is awesome for color products/advice/help. Ive never had a problem with them in that way. But they carry very little extension/weaving products and look at me clueless when I ask them about anything to do with extensions! They have the products on the shelf but dont have the first clue about them! Also I remember when I was looking for that velvet curling iron (that you were so helpful with Leia!), they told me they had never heard of such a thing! LOL
