Feria. Leaves hair very dry and colors get brassy.

Hydrience is the best, I use it twice a month to cover grays.

Feria, Henna, or anything with metals in it. No good. Get some Redken hair color on ebay. The stuff is amazing and leaves your hair shiny and super soft. If not then get Garnier, is one of the best over the counter colors.

Not sure I have only ever used Loreal's excellence and preference and Clairol's nice and easy. (and once FERIA~but NEVER AGAIN!!)
I used to think Loreal was my favorite until I changed colors and really needed help. They were hard to get ahold of (I couldnt find anything on their website about chatting with a color specialist, only to send an e-mail) and when I finally did they only told me to go darker, which was not what I wanted to do.
Out of complete desperation,I went to www.clairol.com and saw you could chat with a specialist on THEIR site. The lady told me step by step how to fix my mess, and was very nice.
So now...I'm gonna say Clairol nice and easy is my favorite!

I LOVE Hydrience, the colors always come out as they're shown in the box. Natural Instincts is great too. Feria is OK and Preference is OK too. I hate Colorsilk. I also don't like Nice n easy, herbal essences, and excellence...
Hair either MAKES you or BREAKS you.

I just went to Clairol.com about my haircoloring mistake even though I used Garnier Belle Color (their site wasn't so helpful) and chatted with someone who asked me a lot of questions and then called me to walk me through what I should do - step by step. She recommended I use Hydrience so I'm happy to hear that people are saying good things about it here. I'll be buying it this week.

I actually really liked Feria. I always used that when I used box dye. I used to dye my hair burgundy and jet black at home and I found that this dye always made my hair the most vibrant, soft and silky. The burgundy color I used was called 'Chocolate Cherry' and it never faded into an ugly, brassy color. The jet black I used was the best black color ever as it made my hair super shiny, super dark and a neutral black without any undertones. It was called 'Black Leather'.
