Hi Karen,

I am so sorry about the problems that the ****** hackers caused.

I read your post on another board that said you had met Lorraine - author of the Curly Girl book. You also mentioned that you were only shampooing your hair every 3 or so days as a result of her recommendations. I wanted to ask you if you still use the same shampoos now or if you have changed. I also am wondering how you are doing on your Viviscal program.

Any feedback?
