How to make your hair dry, staticky, and insanely difficult to control
(1) Expose your hair to all sorts of heat and wash your hair every day with hot water. Then blow dry like crazy. That's why longhairs call it "blow fry".
(2) Scrub vigorously while you're shampooing. Don't condition your hair afterwards either.
(3) Don't take your vitamins. Eliminate all fat from your diet. Stop drinking water.

Okay Ded Prez. Do this at your own risk, man

Peace,
Anais

Why do you want to do that? I can understand going for the damaged bleached blonde look.

And yes, the best way to dry it out is to bleach it blonde, although that depends how it reacts.

Why do you want dry, damaged hair? Bleaching it blonde will definitely dry it out. It may also make it break or fall out.
My user name is WAY too long. Just call me Juliana. :-)
