relaxing your hair is the exact opposite of perming your hair. It make the hair straight. Mainly used for ethnic hair (that is black hair).

is it safe? i have already straight hair. it gets dry at the ends but i have no split ends. i want my hair to be softer, straighter and sleek. will relaxing help?

then get a gentle relaxer or a texturizer
it makes hair soft.
but why dont you just go for hair treatments if you want to have soft hair. their better and less damaging
