Think she was always long, but had a short period a few years ago that was not successful, and was quickly dispensed with.

For those of you not familiar with this actress, she played a character named Orla (I can't rememeber the last name) on the Irish TV series "Ballykissangel" right around the year 2000.  She was very good, and has great, blonde hair!
