1 Do exercise
2 Drink lot of water
3 Drink green tea
4 Do Yoga and meditation
5 Avoid eating oily food
6 Workout for 30 minute after taking diet
7 Play outdoor games.

There are so many weight loss programs in the internet that we can use as a tool in loosing weight. We can try to search that online and do your own stuff regularly!

There are several way to weight loss. Do regular exercise because exercise id the big way to reduce weight loss. Drink a lots of water. Eat fruits and vegetables and always avoid junk food.

I really appreciate you taking the time to create such an in depth and useful thread. I find myself again looking for methods to lose weight. I have found in the past that my hair began to fall out and lose strength when I went on a diet because I lacked many of the vitamins and minerals I would need to keep my hair healthy. I have found a connection between the overall health and appearance of my hair and skin and my diet. When I don't eat enough of the right types of vitamins and minerals I find that my skin and  and it has really helped. I am hoping that I can again find a diet that works without having to sacrifice the health of my hair and skin in order to do it.
