 Some people have trouble keeping up with the latest and local slang for hair cuts and styles.

What are some of the terms they use in your area?

In Dallas Texas:

Short hair cuts are called a college cut or Ivy League by the old heads.

Youngstas trying to start calling them Cearsars now.

Fade: top long or short and the sides and back are blending to bald cut.

 

(I know you BK boys got your own language up there)

u dam rite we do up here..but ceaser is the main term rite now..once in a while we mite call a shape up a line up tho

on tha west fades is caled run-a-wayz. thats what my cuzz tell me. my barber over here on tha east calls them uptown or uptown fade or low-low. i just say fade shape up and ceasar.

i don't really know any haircut ebonics cause my mother was cutting my hair untill i was 14, then i started cutting it from there on. i only go to a barber on events like a first date or for a interview.
