Pretip hair? & other installation ???s

I need recommendations on the best site to buy bundles of pretipped human hair. This isnt for me, its for a client who Ill be installing linkies on next week.... i *could* do it myself but we thought it might save a me some time if she could order the hair already done. I know, do a search thru the archives... but I have multiple job interviews today and tomorrow so dont really have the time to go looking for the posts about it.

I know its hard to determine colors on a monitor, but any suggestions as to what colors to order? Im thinking of getting two different shades, one the base color and one a little lighter so she can have highlights and dimension. Also, for a full head, how many ounces/bundles/pieces of pretip hair? Ive heard something along the lines of 4-8 ounces of hair, 3-4 bundles of pretip (since they usually seem to have around 50 per bundle) or 200 pieces, is that about right? And, if we were to decide to just buy the hair and have me pretip it, wheres the best place to get human hair for not too expesive? I dont think she can afford the most top of the line remy, and doesnt want to wait to order from overseas. so what hair would be pretty decent, soft, nontangly, and last her the duration that they were in for?

I dont mean to sound like a total idiot, I have done extensions on myself many times, but I usually use synth, pretip it myself etc... so in a way I *am* new to this aspect! Thanks all, i really appreciate it!
