There's no reason to do your brushing with the doo gro in your hair for it to be effective so you can use the lets jam and brush, and when your done apply the doo gro.

Well if your just puttin both in your hair and not doing any brushing for a long period of time then it doesn't matter which order you put them in you hair, but if you're plan on brushing for 30 or more minutes then you should use the lets jam first and when your don brushing apply the doo gro.

do i brush the doo grow...in or do i let it sit on my hair LOL....

Either way it's still in your hair, try brushing it in and see how it looks, or just put it in, don't brush and see how it looks.
