This isn't a lob.  It's well below the shoulders.  Plus, she grew it out to this length.  The evil lob is vaguely shoulder-length and looks like a transition to something else.

Erica gets a pass...and the style doesn't look bad at all
3 pm is simultaneously too late and too early to start anything.

I think the most recent shot is the best she's looked in a long time. I loved her look back in the late '90s on TechTV when she had it well below the shoulders. I hope she goes back to that. She's an amazingly good looking woman when she gets the hair right and manages her weight.

I wonder if the network made her get a haircut to debut CBS' new morning show on Monday? Like a total clean start. I have no problem with the hairstyle. The question I have is why they didn't replace her on the show.

I'm with you trekgod. The "before" style was bland; this is bland AND harsh.

Darker color, shorter length, and the same basic shape? Exactly the opposite of what this armchair quarterback would've recommended.

Unfortunately Erica Hill has her shortest hair yet in the new CBS morning show. Ugh! I am sure someone will drool over it but it is not flattering at all imo.
