Somebody Help Me !

I'm been living in Baltimore around eleven months.  I'm so upset about the hair stylist I've visited because they use too much grease, dry my hair with iron and I finish with my hair static, greasy and can't touch anything because my hands and face are oiled.  I got so annoying everytime I go back home wash my hair again a use my own old methods (roller set) and spend my money experimenting, trying to find a good one hair stylist. 

I just want get a really good perm and healthy dry hair process.  I'll appreciate if somebody let me know about a dominican or latin hair salon in this area:  Randallstown, Woodlawn, Pikesville, Owings Mills etc.

You may need to travel a little bit further to find a really good Dominican or Latin Hair salon that can really do a great job for your hair.  Would you be willing to travel to New York or Virginia?
