Nails

Here some nail tips guys.

1 - Get rid of brittle nails by taking Vit A, and calcium.

2 - Hang nail problems need more protein, folic acid, and Vit C

3 - White bands around the finger nails need more protein.

4 - Splitting nails add some hydrochloric acid to the diet.

5 -For dryness add more Vit B12.

6 - White spots on nails need zinc.

7 - Cracks and cut nails need more liquids.

8 - Sandpaper hands need a coating of vaseline. Then slip hands into cotton gloves, before retiring.  In the morning your hands will be smooth.
