hair loss....help!

grl1oo I am sorry to hear about your hair loss, but it sounds to me that you are applying to much heat daily. What you need to do is add moisture and strength back to your hair.

I don't know your hair type but I would recommend Aphogee shampoo for damaged hair and Aphogee intensive Keratin reconstructor. Now you say that you don't wash every day but just wet your hair. Try a watered down conditioner rinse. Just mix warm water in a bottle with conditioner then add it to your hair when you first step in the shower and let the rinse be the final thing you do.

If you must blow dry and flat iron again moisturize, try to stay away from products that have alcohol as the first 4 ingredients. I myself have extremly dry afro type hair and I try to air dry then flat iron. Also, I apply Organic root stimilator Olive Oil moisturizing hair lotion to my damp hair. Let it completely dry then flat iron.

I have been doing the conditioner rinses for quite some time now with Aphogee and my hair is extremly strong with little to no hair loss.
