Does anyone know how to deal with this , my hair is below shoulder length and soo fine, it wraps around the extension hair and creeps up and mats. I don't have any problem with the extension hair itself incidently my daughters hair is the same with no extensions she's 4 !! so I know it is my hair type, its in pretty good condition and I have worn all types of extensions for 17 yrs and its happened with all of them.

I would just say keep it combed as much as you possibly can, throughout
the day finger comb it atleast and pull all those strands back down and
try to get them un-wrapped.

If it's just in the back by the nape, lift your extensions up and clip them, leaving only your real hair out on the bottom. Put your natural hair in a small braid directly in the center and use a band the same color as your own hair. If you're wearing thick enough extensions and your own hair is thin enough to do it, fold your own hair so it's doubled under and band it that way. You can then brush your extensions during the day and not pull your own hair.

Getting one of those looper brushes might help, too. That way, you can brush gently at the roots without risk of damage or slippage.

If your using human hair extension hair you might try a good volumizer. I have fine hair also and sometimes have trouble getting my hair to integrate with extension hair. I put a good volumizer mouse on my hair then it blends great.

I was at the bss and they had this deal on 2 huge cans of product. One was a root boost and the other was a volumizing hair spray. The cans are red and its called Big Sexy Hair or something like that. I really like this stuff! I have alot of trouble with hair spray. Ive tried dozens of different kinds and they all make my scalp itch. This one dosnt and the root boost works great for big sexy "peg bundy" hair !

Em

I did a search and found this website. There are a lot more products available that just the 2 that I got. I might invest in the whole line, I do like this product.
