Pro-Tac : want to go in on a CHEAP order?

I'm ordering Pro-Tac in bulk, for only $1 per foot and free shipping to the U.S.  PLUS, it comes on one continuous roll (not pre-cut strips) so you can cut any length you want with no wastage!     In order to get it at this price, with free shipping, and in one continuous length, I have to order a LOT of it.  So I need to order 400 more feet of it (at $1 each).  If we all combine our order into one, we'll all be getting a great deal (the best I've found yet).   If anyone wants to get in on this order, private message me with how much you want.  As soon as the total reaches 400 (hopefully real quick), the order will be shipped! 

This is the exact same ProTac that was being sold by Amm on Shrinkies.net  

They are not a 3/4" imitation. They are 1.5" (one and a half inches) wide, have blue backing on one side and split white backing on the other, and have the air holes, exactly the same ProTac we've all been raving about. 

I'm not ordering it internationally, it's local to me.  I'm sorry if you have been ripped off by other people, but this is the exact same product as Amm's ProTac.  I've used both, they are identical.  Here is a photo:

Also, I'm not a store trying to get your money.  I'm a person who has tried this product and wants to use it again.  I'm putting together a bulk order so I (and everyone else) can get a cheap price. 

I think you are misunderstanding me here.  I am not a store.  I do not sell it....at all!  Not in any way, shape, or form.   Since I am not a store and do not sell it, then ofourse I would not have it "in stock". 

What is happening here is this.  I want to get cheap prices on Pro-Tac so that I can use it on my OWN hair, NOT to sell it to anyone.  In order to recieve cheap prices, I have to buy a large quantity.  

So I am asking if people would like to put our orders together, so that we can meet the minimum quantity requirement and get the cheaper price, with free shipping. 

I understood you fine chick, i know you are not a store and i know exactly what you mean. 

In a summary basically what i was saying was that because there was no details of where this was being ordered from i was weary of making a large order before i knew information. 

Usually if someone on the board wants other people in a good bargain order they usually at least mension where it will be coming from, that was all i was meaning.

Shell there is one in the UK who supplies for a good price, if you want the details email and I will tell you who it is.  I am going to order from him, the only thing is its in strips and not on a roll. I think its great thats it on a roll as you can cut exactly what you want to use. The postage is not that expensive either and you can sell it on for a profit.

Eden, if you ordered from who I think you did, they tell you that it's the same as Protac but when you get it, it's not the exact same. I did the same thing before and got this "other" tape with white backing and it's not the same. Of course I have no idea if it's the same place or not. You might want to ask them what the backing is, the color I mean. If they tell you it's not the blue backing, it's probably not the Protac.

No, I was not assuming the worst, trust me, if that's what I thought, I would have said so.

I was sharing my experience with ordering the rolled tape. That is all. I don't know why your being so defensive. You hadn't mentioned in your post that you had  bought the tape from the buyer before. Shell was obviously looking out for your back. Not everyone here is out to burn you and I didn't sense any of us assuming anything.  Lose the tude.

There was no attitude or being defensive to begin with.   I posted a simple thread to ask if anyone wanted to go in on an order, and right off the bat I get comments about how  "The only roll of this i have seen is not the same as the strips everyone buys as it doesnt have the blue backing, air holes and is 3/4 as opposed to 1 1/2" and "if you ordered from who I think you did, they tell you that it's the same as Protac but when you get it, it's not the exact same". 

So even though nobody came right out and said it was a ripoff imitation, there are certain assumptions being made from the start that come across as implicating, even AFTER I stated repeatedly that I already tried this tape before.  So if a person doesn't believe my word, that's quite alright.  But I do have to admit it's a bit nerve grating to continuously to read the same thing being stated in different terms.  Believe me or don't, but stop discrediting me.

Bird I dont think its a bad deal at all...but if you have to order THAT huge of a quantity to get that price break then it just seems to me they arent making you a great deal. Considering all the hassles involved with getting a large order together.
