You are right on this issue, but Hillary Duff looks better as a bottle blonde than as a bottle brunette...

sorry to say but i think its a wig because if u look in the small print of the getty images it says that the pic comes under the searches for black wigs!

guess she is staying blonde

The black bob is a wig but the brown hair isn't.

Wow. Hilary's rapid weightloss kind of backfired. Have you seen how tight her face looks? Her cheekbones are way noticable. She was better with a bit of chub on her.
