   Elle MacPherson was on the Conan O'Brien Show a couple nights ago with her hair just below her shoulders -- a sizable cut in inches. It was poofed up pretty big. She still looked great, of course, but with big hair instead of long hair.

I just noticed that Getty has pix of her at several events. It was puffed up even more on his show than it was in these photos, but the length was the same.
