kristin- in all the responses i have ever seen u write, you always say it so nicely and with kindness, this person is evident they want to stir things up - ignore them and choose to not do business with them. Sounds like stupid threats. there has got to be a site or something to report threating asses.

Don't sweat it!! You do a wonderful job with your business! You have proved that time and again here on this board alone, I can only imagine the service you give your customers in your shop! YOu are beautiful and kind and this shows thru in your customer service.
I used to work for a real a**hole. He acted alot like the person in your emails. Always wanted something for nothing and wanted it yesterday. He always expected people to bow down to him and when they didn;t he had a hissy fit. I usually got the job of telling these people his wishes, what a joy! Example: He once got angry with me because AT&T shut off his 800 number after he told me not to pay the bill for 3 months. Why you may ask, well, because he wanted them to lower his rates. I mean, come on, it's at&t for crying out loud!
Another example: HE wanted me to tell the owner of the office building we were in that they needed to redo the plumbing in the men's room because everytime he went #2 he plugged the potty!! Good lord! I never did pass on that message!
The moral of my rant is that you can't please everyone, especially spoiled little brats who think they can get thier own way by being a bully!
OMG!! ...and she thinks she's going to do business with you - is surprised you got the impression she didn't want to order...????????
My experience with your products and service has been nothing but wonderful. BTW - my hair arrived yesterday, it's G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S. Can't wait to install this weekend. I played with it for longer than I'll admit here trying to decide what blends I was going to make, installation pattern...and on...and on... I'll just say I was getting strange looks from everyone else there...
I agree that you should track the IP address, she's threatening you & your livelihood. Even spells it out - take this as a threat. I believe you can take action for that alone. Online harassment is taken seriously these days.
Try not to let it get to you. There will always be people who need to try to tear you down and bully you for whatever messed up reason of their own, but truth is that's their problem. You do great work, and don't need any HR training in my book. I have emails to prove that you go above & beyond to help with questions - and we both know we had a lot of back & forth regarding colors & pictures this last time!!!

This sounds familiar to me?? Anyone else feel this weird feeling?? Am I paranoid? I don't know, if I think who it might be, I have no idea why *that person* would be trying to bash kristin...
Anyways, personally, I've had to contact YHS and ordered from them, and I've gotten nothing back but wonderful service, and GREAT products and F-A-B hair!!
Some people just really don't realize companies have outside lives and do the best they can. Usually with companies I give them a week or so to respond, because I know it's not something they HAVE to do. Why is this person in such a rush?
It's your job to answer questions about your hair and products, but it's not your job to answer about techniques and what works best. That's questions more or less to ask on here before ordering. I would never e-mail another company that sells hair and ask them how to do hair extensions!
Not to mention the whole U-tip thing, I was like HUH? What was that question? And I find it funny no one came on here to say anything. Maybe because that person is blocked??
I don't know, Kristin, you do a fab job, and you are not going to be homeless in my eyes any time soon!! Also, even with all that bashing, you handled it like a true professional, that's the moment of truth...Goodwork!

Those 8" heels are an accident waiting to happen. Someone could seriously break their ankle in those things. Do you have any good stories about your customers that buy these kind of shoes? I'd love to hear some.

You know that you have a great shop and customer service, and so does all the "legitimate" memebers of this board!!
You are great and you are willing to help everyone, I really appreciate all that you did for my friend that ordered hair from you and had a shedding problem with it. YOU REPLACED it, in fact, YOU contacted me and offered to replace the pack of hair, no questions asked!! After it I installed it for her again, and she had the same problem, YOU OFFERED to give her a pack of wefted hair. You never even questioned how she took care of her extensions or if it was a "user" problem, because it was the second time that she had the same issue, I couldn't let you send her anymore hair, as I felt that my friend was either doing or not doing something to her extensions. I didn't want you to be out anything more than what you already were. What I am trying to say, is that you have TERRIFIC, WONDERFUL, and PROMPT customer service and I would have no problem ordering from you or sending someone to your site.
Okay...so I have been a "lurker" on this site for a long time now, but I just wanted to say that my experience with yourhairshop.com has been excellent. The quality of the products, the customer service (Kristin has often answered my e-mails within minutes!!) it has been above and beyond.
Sorry some nut is trying to cause trouble! Kristin you are doing great!!

Just chalk it up to another nutcase who thinks she's entitled to instant gratification.
I have NOTHING but praise for yourhairshop.com & your customer service!!! As a matter fo fact, when I put a question on the hair talk board about D-Lux you contacted me directly & offered to resolve any issues.
Your response to my problem and your gracious resolution has put me on your fan list forever.
She won't get far posting anything negative on this board. But - you might consider contacting an attorney if she does & just have him/her send off a nice little "stop this crap immediately or else" letter.
