I wasn't able to see the picture due to my sh** computer or  the long post , but S-curl TExturizer when your hair grows and wide tooth comb it.

I'm a black male(mixed) with naturaly curly hair, but my curls are kinda small when I grow my hair and gel it. I was wondering if there is a way to loosen them up to where they are bigger and longer. I would like something like:

For one, I know I'd have to grow my hair some more, but are there any suggestions? Please and thank you.
