Yes, I've ordered from them at least a half dozen times. Sometimes I've had my order within a week and sometimes it's taken 2-3 weeks. I've never been stiffed by them.
They are also afrocare.com so you can try to contact them through customercare@afrocare.com - I have found that contact email to be a bit more responsive. If you can put your order # in the subject line, that may help too.
