I finally cut my hair short. It is 3 inches shorter than what it was.  This is my before picture. You can see the length under the cap. My after picture is in a 35mm picture. So when It is developed I will post the after picture.

My hair was and inch under the shoulder. I am happy with with it. I am gradually going shorter.
