im trying to grow my hair out and i was wondering if there were any good tips to helping it grow faster or healthier

Hope you're still around - I'm catching up on the past several months of posting!
One thing you can definitely do is mosey into the Long Hair forum on Hair Talk... We're always talking about growing long healthy hair.

You can massege slowly with coconut milk on your scalp once a day and add
some food which is helpful for growing hair like walnut,almonds,salmon and
indian gooseberry etc.It will be helpful for you.You can get details that
