u dont weigh a lot at all. especially since u over 6 feet.
Thanks ced and jkid3. I'm 5'10 140. i've been out of protein powder 4 a long time so i'm eager 2 pick some up and c how much mass i can add on. I max out at 225 benchin and 280 squattin. I really need 2 get my squat up and i wanna add more 2 my bench. My goal was 2 get 2 225, but i'm never satisfied lol. especially since workin out has become a big part in my life now.
damn! yo sleep, wats ya stats man...wat are u liftin?? oh yea, how tall are yall? im 6' sumthin and 172...im in trouble cuz i weigh alot! i been liftin a month and a half, and i guess its been my eatin maybe..i was 167 not too long ago and im that now! before i was poor as fuq and eatin once a day or every 2 but now like 4-5 smalls ones a day(and i watch what i eat).
Lol your kiddin right? Thats light, I'm 5'8" 182pounds of beefy man meat, if your weight isn't proportioned properly then thats another story. For example most of my weight is in my legs, but I squat 360 and legpress 540.

what kind of question is that. what u smokin man. y would u starve urself then ask why u feel weak. u beta start eating more bf u end up hurting urself. u trippn bro
I wish i had yo weight. I got sick as hell a while ago and i dropped weight like hell. I'm back up 2 140 now but i wanna get up 2 155-160. i slacked a few times 2 lol. its good 2 take a week off every 8 weeks or so anyway supa so u all good. gives u da rest u need so u can start yo new workout on top of yo game. remember da human body is a strange thing. it adapts 2 things quickly so every 7-10 weeks switch up ya routine a bit. try adding something new, switching up the order, intensity, reps, number of sets, drop sets(10, 8, 6), etc... keeps ya body guessing and helps shock da muscles in2 growing.
Also i discovered that squats and deadlifts r key 2 gaining mass. Not only 4 legs but for your whole body.

Really? I didnt know that but Im certain you can get a 6pk fam I can clearly see them. Im still on my 6month challenge and I've gained 5pounds recently. I'll admit I slacked for like a week but im back on my grind.

Thanks! I'm tryna work on my abs more, but i jus hate doin em so much lol. Mines r aight but i wanna c if i can get a 6 pack instead of a 4. I learned recently that genetics decide the number of packs you have and i'm wonderin if i can ever get 6.

Ay serious question. I've been trying to eat under 1000-1500 calories a day but I've noticed I've gotten much more narcoleptic since this started. Some days I come home from school and I just pass out until the next day. I'm missing that 1000 calorie mark firstly and secondly I'm not able to work out at all. No cardio or anything. Would this have something to do with my food intake or is it just me being lazy?
Yes!!! You should be eatting between 2400 - 2600 calories a day. The way to balance this is to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Your starving yourself, which means your burning your muscle tissue faster than fat.
