Thats my goal as for fitness to get a chest like this *credit VGIZZLE*
Imma post my chest tomorrow. I'm working with a personal trainer now and I'm focusing on my chest, wrists, and increasing the size of my legs. I'll be damned if I have an upper body with no lower body lol.

Thanks a lot Gristyle, made me feel skinnier. There's a storm brewin under this compressed hair el oh el *bitchslaps Cash with a wad a cash*. I do a lot of pushups and curls; before I started lifting I was skinny with broad ass shoulders and a big ass head. That middle section of the abs ill talk to my trainer about that tomorrow.

supa to be honest I never rwanted a big chest. You can do flies, cable crossover, arnolds (which is an incline bench that works one arm at a time. When one goes down the other goes up, then they both go up together. You can do dips. Its alot to work. Also the pec deck is great also

@ Gristyle. Thanks, well I was always skinny and I just always wanted a chest like how some short dudes wont height Iunno.
@ Cash. I've been dedicated to this workout program I've set for myself for about a month. There's really no timeframe to it its all on you. The more dedicated the better. Since your eating the right things and working out 3x a week you should see vast improvements in no time. Just make sure you work out for a good time period as well not for an hour try 90min to 2hours.
