Cosmetology is the study of hair, skin and nails. So if you do the Cosmetology course, You will be lisenced in Skin(Esthetics) along with hair and nails. Esthetics is just skin. It depends on where you work with both. The obvious choice would be Cosmetology because you can do more. But depending on the place where you work, You can earn just as much, or more than a cosmetologist
