help please

My brother's prom is this week and he needs a hair cut. He had long hair but got 12 inches cut for locks of love so now it's just to his shoulders. I can't remember the last time my brother has had styled hair and he looks like a bum with his curent hair style. Today he charged me with the task of finding him a new hair style before he gets it cut TONIGHT!  i can't find anything that would work for him and i need some help. He has 3 cowlicks, two in the back and on right in the middle just at his forehead so short hair is hard to maintain. please, i need suggestions or i dont know what i'll do with his hair.
