NY Salon/Stylist for woman w. thinning hair?

   Hi!  I am getting married in a month and want my mother to feel FABULOUS!  Her health has not been great for the past few years and be it due to age or medication or health - her hair has been thinning drastically.  I am looking for a salon or stylist who can work well with what she has- barring getting a wig or weave or the like - and make her feel gorgeous on this important day.  Any suggestions for the New York City area?
