Diet is a very important factor in skin care. fruits in daily diet. There must be a proper balance in the diet all foods in the right proportions of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Non-vegetarians have a rich amount of protein in your diet, but no vegetarian diet is what they need to include a good amount of protein in your diet.

Using lotion and moisturizer to prevent drying of skin is essential and proper diet too will help to keep our skin healthy.

Eating fruits that have vitamins C on it can make your skin looks healthier and its good if you're also in a diet since it flushes toxins from your body.

For beautiful skin you have to eat more vegetables and fruits. You should eat more oily food. Use some natural ways to take care. In fruits there are more vitamins which are very useful for our body and also for skin. Use some cream to prevent dry skin. Wash your face 2 to 3 times in a day.
