1.Head Massage – To remove all tension, head massage is the best treatment for you. All you have to do is rub oil gently on your hand and then massage it in your head using your finger tips.Move your fingers in a circular motion in your head and definitely this will improve hair growth relieving your tension as well.

2.Vegetables For Hair – This may sound strange, but to improve hair growth red bell pepper applied to the hair will be useful. The bell pepper has to be boiled in hot water and after it is cooled for ten minutes or so. Gently give yourself a head massage. The spiciness of the bell pepper improves hair growth as well as keeps it healthy. It is also said that if you mince onions and add it to your shampoo it helps to lengthen your hair. Wash off after fifteen days with a good shampoo and conditioner.

3.Food – A great intake of food that is rich in minerals and potassium is good food for hair growth. Rich foods like fish, egg whites, cheese, chicken is good for you to gain healthy hair. The minerals provide strength to the hair and keeps it healthy.

Vitamins are the most important. A multivitamin fish oil and, possibly, is good. Also, if your stomach is not too sensitive, prenatal ideal job for hair and nails. As for the hair itself, is really important and not the color or style is too hot. Leading to damage and split ends, which are enemies of hair growth. In addition, every few weeks, do a deep conditioning treatment for at least twenty minutes.

Here are some best tips for hair growth. Vitamin A and E are very useful for hair growth. If you really want to take care of your hair then use conditioner after taking shower and keep it for 5 to 6 minutes. After washing your hairs you will get strong hairs with no fall.
