I am very computer savvy, but I find this website extremely difficult to navigate. There is supposed to be an option to edit my profile info. There is nothing that says edit profile so how the heck do I do that?

Hello....
All you have to do is go to Settings which is along the top of the screen. Click on Settings and it will take you to options including Editing Your Profile.
Once you get to Edit Your Profile you can do whatever you need to do right there.
This board has been around since the mid-1990s so it uses Settings to group all the profile setting options.
