I have been growing my hair for a while which have reached about 4 inches in length. My goal is to get hair that looks like the picture below. My hair is pretty straight and I want some advice on how to go about getting this look. I do not know a lot about hair styling and am not sure if i need to curl/perm or do something else to my hair.
