My sisters natural color is a level 2 dark brown. I dyed my sister's hair w/ a permanent nutmeg color all over about a month and a half ago and she wants to go back to her dark brown. Her roots have just started to grow out.
She also wants highlights. How would I go about this? Should I do a color correction to get her back to the dark brown she likes? Then foil for the highlights? Should I do it all in one process? I'm confused
