How To Get Caramel Highlights

   I would love to know how to create my own caramel highlights.  Is this done with a special product? color? bleach with a toner? I've never had caramel highlights but totally loving this look.  

If I use bleach to bring my hair up to a pale blonde (yellow) What do I do in order to get them caramel now?

Would love to hear your input. My hair is a Level 7 Light Brown.  I have very long hair so a boxed kit isn't feasible. Brands I use are Redken, Goldwell, Zoto's, Clairol, Color Charm, and sometimes L'Oreal. 

I normally wear my hair with beige blonde highlights after using toner in the Summer. Really interested in taking those highlights to a new level/color.
