She's on "Girls" and showed up for the Golden Globes with a new haircut
 
 
I think it's a big improvement; can't put my finger on why though; she just looks better.

Her eyebrows look like they might have been lightened/thinned, which, in combination with the shorter hair, makes her face look less long.
