She's great, and my favorite role AND hair of hers was in the sweet, little-noticed 1999 called "Seven Girlfriends" with Tim Daly, in which she has a really cute, short curly bob. 

Is that shot to the right an "after" pic of a new haircut? Not digging that.

This is an ironic short hair photo! 2 of the 3 women I've had long term relationships with have taken this photo to the salon and returned with this haircut... and not at my urging.

She is no doubt a beautiful woman (and I'm sure Kramer/Gordon will disagee) but fairly generic with the style she generally has. However, if you Google, search pinterest or tumblr for short blonde hair you will find this picture it it always comes up!

I really like her new pixie-ish style but doubt it will be pinned and repinned nearly as often.

The bob cut looks awesome but is not very practical...will only look this way with a stylist on hand.  The pixie cut is even better in my mind

I enjoyed Melora as "Jan" on "The Office" and have generally had an attraction for her, her singing voice and her hair. I'm so disappointed that I'm unfriending her on Facebook. That'll show her, eh? Shocked

Just found this: She's got a new acting gig.

Melora Hardin (The Office, 27 Dresses) has joined Amazon’s new comedy series Transparent as a series regular. The project, from Jill Soloway, explores the family dynamics of three adult siblings (Amy Landecker, Jay Duplass, Gaby Hoffman) after their father’s (Jeffrey Tambor) bombshell revelation that he is a transwoman. Harden  plays Tammy, a hip, out lesbian friend of Sarah’s who has more on her mind than play dates. She replaces Gillian Vigman, who played the part in the pilot but had to pull out because she became pregnant and is due to give birth during production.
