Us Weekly has a very interesting definition of "chop." Seems to be the same as my definition of "trim."

The "magazine" calls it shoulder grazing....I clearly see it several inches (about 6") past the shoulder.
Though I do enjoy the "tousled" wave look.  Really starting to like that look more and more.

Sensationalism at it's best; trying to sell magazines.  I've noticed that most magazines do this same thing.  Doesn't make it right though.
