`Is there a name for this style? What is happening in the back? Any tips for the person cutting it? and finally i have wavy hair so what product should I buy to get the look??

If your looking to copy that style completely, it looks like your gonna have to get some hair dye going. The color looks sort of orangish red. But anywho, all you`d need to do is slick your hair back with some hair cream.
In the back, its just sort of where all the slicked back hair goes. Don`t worry, it looks suave.
As for a product to get your hair unwavy, I`d suggest a conditioner. I have a color condition from Color Vive, and it makes my hair much softer and easier to work with.
