cedclark do you think petroleum jelly is good to get waves? What instructions would you give me if I used only petroleum jelly?

Wasup fellas, I have a question. I was wonderin if I could get some waves goin, I'm mixed White/Black and my hair is not as corse as most black peoples. I have soft big curls when I grow my hair out and when i cut it, it is pretty straight. Is it possible for me to get the pattern in my hair, if so what do you recommend, such as products, brushing and such...thanks

I dont kno much bout Jam... but I think the orange lid is for the extar hold one. There's a purple lid too.

Me? Naww.. im not with that gel right now, but I want something that will hold better than pomade... when I get back home and cut my hair Im lookin at the Spartan wave cream or the s-curl stylin gel to hold my hair during the school day. I dunno... I think I'm just gona try some diff stuff.

and thats why i dont use promades it hold your hair in place makin it harder to perfect (change or develope) your wave pattern
