i cut a few strands of hair & used jerome russel's bleach for maybe more than 2 hrs.
it turned orange.
then i tried to die it w/ lightest blonde by wella.
nothing happened.
then w/ golden blonde by wella.
nothing happened.
just orangish red hair.
what should i use.

I can see people seem to be ingoring you which sucks. I guess you will have to find some toner then, I don't understand why the dye wouldn't take, I don't trust do-it-yourself dyes.
