My daughter came home from her girlfriends house with brassy highlights they just painted them on with a brush they are not even sort of long spots she is crushed. her hair is naturaly drark blond, I colored over it with a med ash blond with a blue base 20vol developer, it looled ok for about a week now it is washing up and showing through her hair is still really healthy & shinny what can I do to help her !!!
