Here is one that I like the best and I am so finicky that if I like them...most people will also:

Banana-Berry Smoothies

Blend 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt, 3/4 cup apple juice, I medium banana, 3/4 cup frozen strawberries, raspberries or blueberries (let them thaw a little first or you may have a mess).

Blend and drink for breakfast. Very filling.

Please share your favorite smoothies if you don't mind.

Hi Karen

It's definitely smoothie season. Here are a couple of my concoctions:

Melon & Vanilla Melt

2 ripe Charentais melons
I Vanilla pod

Simply juice the melons, scoop out the pulp inside the vanilla pod and stir well into the juice.

Exotic and sophisticated.......


Wake Up, sleepy-head

2 Florida pink grapefruit
I large ripe pineapple
A little knob of ginger

Juice all the ingredients and come alive to the day!!
