i wanted to lose weight and going on a deit was the first thing i thought of. But i soon started to do 100 sit ups in the morin and then 100 at night thats 200 a day or i do at least 100 no lower. And i may ut down a lil on junk food but it has helped so much and i feel lighter already so i no that it works. It also helped a lil with ma growth i think cos now instead of being short and tubby i am getter thinner and taller so its great.
ps. i aint tryin to be offensive or mean about anyone who is short and tubby. U could start a trend with it if u like. Ur choice!
