its okay to use, but you shouldn't buy it unless you kitting your hair or dying it, cause thats what it is for, to nuetralize the chemicals that you put in your hair so your hair isn't over-processed.

neutralizing shampoo is to stop or slow down a chemical. You don't want to slow or stop anything if you are not using a kit. I use to use a kit to get my hair to relax for waves. Now I just use moisturizing shampoo to keep my hair soft.

i bought a kit because i wanted waves so bad but as i read the back of the kit(after i bought it) i didnt wanna use it..i was scared for some reason and i wasted about 8 dollars
