Hi,

I have a similar hair cut to the one in the picture, but I have no idea about how to achieve the look! The picture is from a Japanese hair magazine... but I don't speak Japanese, so I can't translate the text. Can somebody tell me how to achieve a similar look? I'm guessing it's something to do with how it is dried, and what product is used, but I have no idea about those sort of things. Thanks a lot!
