It was about 8 months ago, after years of the same old dark brown boring hair color I decided that I needed a change. So I started researching hair color, and decided that I wanted to go blonde. Well after months of wanting to do it and not being brave enough to do I finally decided I was going to do it. So I ordered the chi highlift in ash blonde and 40 volume http://store.hello-gorgeous.net/chiinhilicrc1.html

I was so excited the day it came in the mail I could hardly wait to do it! I applyed it, set my timer for 90 min and sat under my  hooded dryer. After about 20 min I checked the development and I has orange so I got back under the dryer checking the color every 10 minutes. After 70 min it was finally blonde so I went to the sink and rinsed the color off. When I looked in the mirror I almost passed out. I had yellow, blue, and purple hair that was so fried I couldn't even brush it. The highlift stained my hair and the blue and purple wouldn't come off. All I could think about was having to cut my hair super short. I cryed and cryed and cryed. And then like a lighting bolt it hit me I remembered that a few months earlyier I had ordered biolustre http://www.biolustre.com/ So I blew my hair dry, once I got it dry it looked so fried that I didn't think anything would help! But I applyed the biolustre anyway and sat under my hooded dryer for 60 minutes. Then I rinsed it out (which took for EVER) and blew my hair dry again. I couldn't believe my eyes! the blue and purple were gone! and I was left with pale yellow hair, the condition of my hair was better than it had been in years and again I started to cry (happy tears). I have now been blonde for about 8 months and I love it. I continue to use the biolustre every 3-4 months and my hair still looks great.

Here is a pic of my hair now: http://www.tinypic.com/view/?pic=netj60
