I need a lil bit of help. I'm relatively skinny but I got a few extra pounds that need to go. My brother keep tellin me I'm gonna get skinnier as I grow but I wanna lose at least 3-5 pounds. I especially wanna focus on the body parts in the topic. I really don't have access to a gym or weights and I want to stay skinny but get fit. Any tips?
